Welcome to Laundry Packaging (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.laundrypackaging.com and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing or using the website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

Laundry Packaging is operated by Wizkraft India, having its registered office at Unit no.364, subhash nagar road, jogeshwari East, Mumbai-400060.

We supply laundry and garment packaging materials to both business buyers (laundries, dry‑cleaners, franchises, apparel businesses, etc.) and individual consumers within India.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place orders.
  2. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
  3. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws in India.

3. Account Registration & Guest Checkout

  1. You may place orders:
    • By creating an account, or
    • Using guest checkout.
  2. If you create an account:
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
    • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the site, or violate these Terms.

4. Products, Information & Availability

  1. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including sizes, specifications, pack quantities, and images. However, minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or batch differences.
  2. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  3. Packaging images are illustrative; the actual outer packaging (carton/label design) may differ while the product inside remains as specified.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  1. All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  2. Unless stated otherwise, our prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
  3. We may revise prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
  4. Any apparent pricing errors may be corrected by us even after an order is placed. In such a case, we will contact you and give you the option to:
    • Proceed at the correct price, or
    • Cancel the order and receive a refund, if payment has already been made.

6. Orders & Contract of Sale

  1. When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase products from us in accordance with these Terms.
  2. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when:
    • We send an order confirmation email, or
    • The products are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  3. We may cancel or reject an order in whole or in part, for reasons including (but not limited to):
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or typographical errors
    • Payment issues or suspected fraud
    • Incorrect or incomplete address or contact details
  4. For business buyers, we assume that orders are for commercial / resale / in‑business use and not for personal domestic use.

7. Payment Terms

We currently support:

  1. Online Payments (Prepaid)
    • Through Razorpay and associated methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
    • By choosing Razorpay, you agree to the Razorpay terms and policies in addition to these Terms.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Available only for eligible pin codes and order values as shown at checkout.
    • COD may be subject to additional charges or restrictions, which will be displayed during checkout.
    • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or customers (for example, repeated refusals of delivery).
  3. All payments must be successfully authorised and captured before we dispatch prepaid orders.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  1. We currently ship only within India.
  2. Shipping charges (if any), estimated delivery timelines, and available courier partners will be displayed at checkout.
  3. Dispatch timelines:
    • We generally dispatch orders within 2 working days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD), subject to product availability.
  4. Delivery timelines:
    • Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.
    • Delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural events, or other events beyond our control do not make us liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
  5. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the shipment to the address provided. For business buyers, delivery to your reception/security desk or gatehouse will be considered valid delivery.

9. Inspection on Delivery

  1. You are expected to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery for:
    1. Visible damage to outer packaging
    2. Short supply or wrong items
  1. Please do not refuse delivery without speaking to us unless the package is clearly tampered with or severely damaged.
  2. Any issues must be reported within the timeline stated in our Return & Refund Policy (currently 48 hours from delivery).

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

  1. Returns are generally accepted only when there is an issue from our side (wrong item, defect, damage in transit, etc.) or when the product does not meet expectations, subject to the conditions in the Return & Refund Policy.
  2. You must review and follow the full Return & Refund Policy available at:

  3. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the policy terms specific to returns and refunds will prevail for that subject.

11. Use of Products

  1. Our products are intended for packaging and related purposes only.
  2. You are responsible for:
    1. Determining the suitability of our products for your specific application.
      • Ensuring proper storage, handling, and use as per industry standards.

 

  1. We are not responsible for:
    1. Damage to garments or items packed using our materials due to misuse, incorrect selection of sizes/materials, or improper handling by you or your staff.
      • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from such misuse.

 

12. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the website, including logos, trade names, product images, text, graphics, and layout, is owned or licensed by Wizkraft India and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. You may:
    1. View, download, or print content only for your personal or internal business use.
  3. You may not, without our prior written consent:
    1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any website content.
      • Use our name, logo, or product images for commercial purposes, advertising, or misleading representations.

 

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  1. Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  2. Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the website.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, servers, or related systems.
  4. Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or extract data from the website without permission.
    1. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews.

14. Third‑Party Services & Links

  1. Our website may contain links to third‑party sites or services (e.g., payment gateways, courier tracking pages, social media).
  2. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third‑party sites.
  3. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to:
    1. Use of or inability to use the website
    2. Delay or failure in delivery due to courier or external events
    3. Use or misuse of our products contrary to guidelines or standard practices

Our total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizkraft India, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your:

  1. Violation of these Terms,
  2. Misuse of the website or products, or
  3. Infringement of any third‑party rights.

17. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

18. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be effective when posted on the website with the “Last updated” date revised.
  • Your continued use of the website or placing further orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
